We are committed to delivering your recovery essentials swiftly and safely across India.
1. Priority Express Prepaid Delivery
All orders are prepaid and ship via Express Air Delivery. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same business day; all other orders ship within 24 hours.
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery timeline is 2 to 4 business days depending on your delivery pin code. Real-time SMS and email tracking links are provided once the consignment is scanned by our logistics partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC).
3. Doorstep Delivery & Inspection
Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the parcel. We strongly advise inspecting the outer courier packaging prior to accepting delivery.
